To achieve these perfect press joints, the Ax-Press 25 uses REMS forged and specially hardened steel compression heads with spring locks for seating common compression inserts. These heads are system-specific, offering perfect system-conformity. The heads are designed to correspond to the respective compression sleeve system to give you precise expanding.

The body of the press tool is made of powder coated alloy for lightweight handling with optimum weight distribution for single-hand operation. It can be used anywhere, and it’s equipped with an integrated LED work light that keeps your workspace illuminated. The tool also features an extension for enlarging the clamping distance on the pressing sleeve connector.

The Ax-Press 25 is powered by an electro-hydraulic drive with a battery motor of 21.6V, 380 W with a robust planetary gear, compact high-power hydraulic system, and eccentric reciprocating pump. The drive is powered by a highly resistant Li-Ion 21.6V Battery with 1.5 Ah capacity for longer service life, offering 50% more pressings than Li-Ion 14.4V Batteries
